These are part of Winter War's Nemesis system.

Decided out. These are not part of the game.
Upload a whole sheet of views on a solid background (magenta works) or a see-through PNG. Every figure is found, cut out and sorted into front, back, sides and ¾ for you.
New views fill the empty slots (right side, left side, ¾, back). If a slot is already filled, the new picture takes it and the old one is set to Skip.
Clean up removes background left-overs, text labels, loose specks and stray 1-pixel bits, fills pin-holes (eye whites, teeth) and trims the edges. Spread arms swings both arms out from the shoulders on the front and back pictures so they rig cleanly.
Adds this model and the motion you're previewing to the Character Builder, then opens the game to test it.
Pick which model and which motions each Winter War character uses. Saved stances show up under Idle.
Drag the preview to turn it. A hero is tested as the player. An NPC or enemy is placed in front of your hero.
Add a hero, NPC or enemy to start building.
Halo-style cyber soldier, same armor family as the squad, in neon girl colors: black armored suit with hot-pink, magenta and violet seam lines, a glowing pink visor on an armored helmet, high collar, shoulder and forearm plates, straps, thigh holster, knee pads and combat boots with glowing soles.
Sonic gun held at about 40°. In first person: the square black neon sonic gun.
Tune her in the Character Builder → + Female hero.
Neon-blue squares and Christmas-red circles by default. Slide to pick any color; it changes the blast and the ring on the gun right away and is the same setting as Settings → Camera & Effects.
Display · Orbitron · titles, regionsBody · Exo 2 · text, menusData · IBM Plex Mono · coordinates, statsSnow spreads south month by month. Sea ice starts in the northern gulf and the arctic bay, then spreads to the eastern and southern gulfs. The Waste stays grey: its snow is mixed with ash. The map carries no symbols or text: only land, water, snow, ice and the Waste.
No text or names on the map; all cities, regions and seas get custom names later. Coastlines and borders are fixed. The Waste includes the coastal exclave. Land outside the playable regions is drawn as Outlands (hatched, off-limits).
Pulled back and higher, 62° view. Shows your character and the land around them. Animals and holiday characters show only here.
Eye height, wide 75° view, helmet visor overlay and comms inside the visor. The square neon sonic gun sits low in the middle, barrel pointing ahead.
Hunter (female, hot-pink visor) · Hunter (male, neon-blue visor) · Santa · Green Elf · Red Elf · Polar Bear (big and fluffy: round ears, long snout with a shiny nose, shaggy shoulders, claws, paw pads, stubby tail, red scarf with a neon-blue stripe) · Moose · Snowman. Everyone carries the chunky sonic gun. Press N or Swap hero to switch.
High in the Area 1 mountains (NW), on ground levelled flat and solid. Blue-neon walls and towers, a command keep, lit buildings round an open plaza, street lamps, and a helicopter pad with your black heli parked on it.
Tap the minimap to open the map, then Heli → Gold Tree or Heli → Fortress. The heli lowers you by rope at the tree and lands on the pad at home.
Every store has a blocky Crossy-Road style shopkeeper: Green Elf at the Lodge board shop, Polar Bear in a mechanic cap at the snowmobile shop, Moose in a bucket hat at Bait & Tackle, Snowman in shades at the Swim Shop, Red Elf lifeguard in shades. Store cards show real 3D renders of each sled, board and rider and painted icons for every gear, fishing and swim item. The Lodge is a proper board shop: a 14-board wall, neon BOARD SHOP sign, stickers (SHRED, snowflakes, stars, hearts, lightning, SM / SOUTH MOUNTAIN, Eat. Sleep. Shred. Repeat.), mountain posters, a helmet and goggle shelf and a rack of puffy jackets. The snowmobile showroom has its own stickers and posters. Snowboarders wear chunkier, puffier onesies.
Echo walks you through 35 goals in Area 1, in order: Getting started (gold tree, presents, coins, horses) · Ski resort (lodge desk, snowboard, lift, full run, kicker trick, snowman, run coins, halfpipe airs, tram) · Snowmobiles (shop, buy, ride 300 m, gear) · Home & coast (fortress, heli, fishing rod, catch fish, boat, cargo ship, swim and swim gear in Sept–Oct) · Battle (drones, hostiles, stealth recruit, interrogate, fortress upgrade, duel) · The Frost Legion last (6 captains, 2 warchiefs, siege, Overlord). The visor box shows GOAL n/36, the section, progress, an arrow and distance. Goals done out of order tick off on their own. J opens the list with Track buttons.
Area 1 army: Overlord Viktor (power 20, pink crown of spikes, plum cape, pink tag) in the enemy fortress; Warchiefs Garrik the Glacier and Sable Frostcrown (power 15–16, horned gold crests, black capes, orange tags); six Captains (gold crest, red cape, red tag). Every leader has a fixed style, power, strength, weakness, immunity, fear, combat trait (counter-strike, shield wall, rally) and personality with their own lines. Knocked down leaders kneel: E recruits, F shames (breaks) them. Killing you marks a leader ☠ NEMESIS. Army & Intel screen (I): hierarchy with ??? until you learn traits (interrogate: crouch behind an unaware soldier + F), your followers with loyalty, gifts, spies and orders (follow / guard / hold / attack), fortress upgrades (sonic turrets, spike traps, drilled garrison). Duels: captains fight each other (gold X on the map). Siege: once both Warchiefs are yours, storm Viktor's fortress. Low loyalty can end in betrayal. Health bar over the minimap; enemies who spot you fire back. Names are placeholders.
The South Mountain Lodge is a real room: front door, plank floor, front desk with Jane behind it, a stone fireplace with a flickering fire and stockings, a red rug, couches, a lit tree and a board wall. The snowmobile shop is a walk-in showroom with a front desk, clerk, two sleds and gear racks. Menus open at the desks. Roofs hide and the camera moves in while you're inside. Title screen opens first with ▶ Play; the war map is behind Map.
The lodge is now a cozy inn: front desk to check in, the fireside lounge, and a bunk room with two wooden bunk beds (plaid quilts, ladders), two big beds and two round pet beds for small animals. Press E at any bed to sleep: the next month dawns, the weather changes (clear, light snow, snowing, heavy snow or blizzard) and your health fills up. The health bar is twice as long and shows your HP. The Board Shop is its own log store right of the ski lift: neon BOARD SHOP sign, Jane at the counter, a wall of boards, board racks, helmets and jackets. White foxes in red Christmas scarves (by the lodge, the Board Shop, the village, the hot springs and the port) give intel on a boss: where he is and his weaknesses, immunities and fears.
West of the Baltic Port the beach is now a winter hot springs: a steaming turquoise rock pool ringed with snow-capped boulders, a cedar deck with steps into the water and two benches, eight warm lanterns, snowy pines and a HOT SPRINGS sign. Open all season; it is the only water you can swim in. The Hot Springs Shop (open all winter) sells swim fins, goggles and a float ring to wear, plus gear you can set down around the pool: snowflake towel, lounge chair, patio heater, snow lantern, rubber duck (floats in the springs), hot cocoa and a snowman kit. Stand by the pool and press E to set gear out or pick it up; it stays where you put it.
E at a pier or quay edge (or in a boat) casts; when the red-and-white bobber dips, press E fast. 11 fish from Herring to the rare Golden Christmas Carp, each worth red coins and points. You can't walk or jump into the sea; swim in the hot springs instead. In frozen months you can ice fish.
E at the fortress helipad boards the heli: pick Gold Tree, Ski Summit, Baltic Port or Beach, lift off, fly there and drop in by rope. New Game: you ride in the heli as it flies in, then get lowered. The fortress hill now has an uneven footprint, rocky ridges and gullies, levelling off into the fortress plateau. The tram cabin has see-through glass windows.
Area 2 is locked on the war map until every captain in Area 1 is recruited. Captains who are "killed" escape back to their post instead, so it's always possible.
The start tree in the village is now about 16 m tall: five gold tiers, ~150 warm twinkling bulbs, 70 glitter sparkles that flash on and off, and a big spinning star with 8 rays, a pulsing glow and two warm lights. The old "coming soon" sign and orange arrow are gone.
The Board Shop sells boards only; you always ride as your own animal from the swap list. Solid color wraps: Christmas Red, Elf Green, Frost Blue, Snow White, Gold, Hot Pink, Night Navy, Neon Blue, Blaze Orange, Grape Purple, Midnight Black, Lime. Camo wraps: Woodland, Desert, Arctic, Christmas, Pink, Night, plus digital Urban, Woodland, Ice and Neon. Special: Neon Edge, a black deck with a pulsing neon-cyan strip glowing all the way around its edge (also on the shop counter). Select board puts it on your back; LB+RB (or Z) steps into the bindings.
Enemy captains are bigger soldiers with a gold crest, gold shoulder pads, a dark red cape and a red name tag. Six in Area 1 (enemy fortress, Baltic Port, harbor, plains, forest, west fields). Crouch, sneak up while they're unaware and recruit them (LT / right mouse / G): the tag turns blue "★ CAPTAIN name", they fire twice as fast and hit twice as hard. Gold-ringed dots on the minimap. Names are placeholders to rename together.
On the south mountain of Area 1. Village at the foot: the South Mountain Ski Lodge (log walls, snowy A-frame roof, warm windows, Christmas lights, board rack, lit tree), lamps and the lift and tram base stations. Red chairlift with moving chairs (some carry riders) and a big red tram on two tall towers to the summit start gate. One smooth run with red/blue boundary poles, 3 snow kickers, red coins to grab and snowmen to crash through (their head lands on yours). Halfpipe beside the village with neon lips and flood lights. Six 3D riders (Jane, Jack Frost and friends) ride the run, two ride the halfpipe.
LB+RB on a controller, Z on a keyboard, or the phone Board button, at the resort, also while riding the lift or tram. You ride as your own animal; pick a solid or camo wrap at the Board Shop and it rides on your back until you step in. Your board stays on for the lift, tram and halfpipe. Gravity pulls you down the slope; steer to carve, back to brake. Space jumps; in the air tap Space to spin 360s, F flips, hold Shift to grab (Indy, Mute, Method, Melon, Stalefish, Tail, Nose). Tricks score points.
Matches the war map: first enemy fortress on low ground in the far south-east corner. Baltic Sea along the north with the Baltic Port city (3 piers, 2 moored cargo ships stacked with containers, 2 neon gantry cranes, warehouses, apartment blocks, red-and-white lighthouse) and a smaller harbor to the east. Plains and forest through the middle, no inland lakes. Mountain range along the south. Home fortress stays on its levelled corner hill in the north-west.
At the foot of the mountain below your fortress (pink square on the minimap). Neon "SNOWMOBILES" sign, glass front, and a showroom of 9 snowmobiles: Christmas Red, Neon Blue, Hot Pink, Arctic White, Elf Green, Blaze Orange, Violet, Stealth Black, Gold. Press E at the door to shop with red coins. Gear: Sprint Boots, Jump Jets, Ghost Cloak, Rapid Coil, Coin Magnet, Sled Turbo (3 equipped at once). Ride with B (D-pad ▼), or walk up to your parked snowmobile and press E.
While you're crouched, your squad holds fire on unaware enemies so you can recruit them. They only shoot enemies showing the red ! (spotted you).

Upload a front-facing sprite (magenta background or see-through PNG). The background is cut out, the figure is turned into chunky 3D pixels (Crossy-Road style) and puffed out thicker in the middle, so it has real depth. A back sprite is optional; otherwise the back is a shaded copy.
14 dots on the sprite set the joints. Every pixel follows its nearest bone. Arms and legs are straightened automatically, so T-pose and A-pose sprites both work. It's the same 17-joint rig as the Snow Rider stance builder, so stances copy straight across.
Rig Lab → Assign picks the model, idle, move and emote motion for each character, and for the default enemies, squad follower and village NPC. Built-in soldiers can dance and emote too. Add to Winter War makes a Character Builder entry and opens a test.
Nothing saved yet. In the Rig Lab, pick a sprite model and press Save to Graphics Book.
